A member: "Liberty means so much to me.  After worship on Sunday, I think, 'Wow, I have waited my whole life for this.'  On Tuesday morning, after Bible study, I think, 'This has changed my life!'"

A "Street Church" volunteer: "The homeless men, women, and families were waiting for us to arrive at the empty lot on West Broad Street.  They held hands and prayed with us.  They ate leftover pork and sauerkraut from our fellowship dinner, thanking us so graciously that you would have thought we had just served them a meal fit for a king.  Later a couple of us dug through a bag of donated clothing searching for hats and gloves for a little boy and girl who were wearing only spring jackets.  I left that empty lot wishing that I could have done so much more ... I always do."
