Liberty Presbyterian Church - Memorial Pathway

Pathway to the Son

Our Memorial Pathway, located in the north west corner of Liberty's campus, is for the dedication and interment of the ashes of our loved ones beneath the stones that pave this path. The pathway follows a natural ravine on one side, where a creek flows into the Olentangy River. Wildlife is abundant and habitats for blue birds have been provided.

A meditative walk along the pathway offers comforting messages from the Bible carved in the stones, along with the name, date of birth and date of death of those interred, as is done in the floors of Medieval Cathedrals. The garden and pond, built to honor the memory of Jodi Leah Joseph, is located at the end of the serene pathway.

If you are interested in additional information about the interment of your family members, please call the church office.
